Central PA Claim Service was created in 1988. We are a multi-line adjusting company although the majority of our assignments are for auto appraisals and homeowners claims. In 2007, we handled 1461 assignments. It was a busy year! I was the original employee and I purchased the company in 1989. I handle all property losses and liability investigations. Our staff also includes an Automobile Physical Damage Appraiser, Adam Biddle, and a full-time office manager/secretary, my wife Jennifer Bergen. Adam and I have a combined total experience of more than 30 years. Our goal is to provide fast, friendly, professional claim service at a competitive price. I started at Penn National after college and I recall my old claims manager saying, "When we assign a claim to an independent, I'm amazed if anything gets done."
