Joe Bergen is a multi-line adjuster and licensed auto appraiser with 25 years experience. He graduated with honors from Mansfield University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration. Joe presently handles all property and casualty assignments out of the Williamsport office. Larry Long is a licensed auto appraiser who joined our staff in November 2011. He graduated from the Williamsport Technical Institute with a 2 year Certificate in Automotive Body Repair and he has an Associates Degree in Plastics and Polymer Technology from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Larry has 40 years experience in the auto body repair business has managed several body shops over the years. Jennifer Bergen worked evenings in the beginning, typing and photocopying. As the business grew, she was able to quit her day job and she has been full-time since 1991. She has an Associates Degree in Secretarial Science from Williamsport Area Community College (now Penn College). Jen is "the glue," managing the office, solving problems, and dispatching claims to Larry and Joe. |
